An exceptional Okanagan winery and farm-to-table bistro is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead its hospitality team. Set on a beautiful vineyard property with an organic garden and greenhouses, this is an opportunity to create memorable guest experiences in one of British Columbia’s most celebrated food and wine regions.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:Lead daily front-of-house operations across the bistro and tasting room. Recruit, train, schedule and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
