The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading front-of-house operations, including team supervision, guest service standards, shift execution, and team development. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members and team leaders to meet service and hospitality standards

  • Lead shift execution, including scheduling, break management, and labor efficiency
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth flow of operations
