Front Line Technical Representative - Field Service

Responsibilities

• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Document and route technical requests to the appropriate business unit.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using available data.
• Compute and analyze repair data for reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Support Engineering team to resolve customer concerns.
• Analyzes and interprets all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well-being of self and others.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
• Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layouts.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications.
