Front End Supervisor – Mattick’s

At Red Barn Market, we’re proud to provide our community with an outstanding shopping experience. We’re looking for a Front-End Supervisor to support our cashier team, ensure smooth and accurate transactions, and deliver top-notch customer service at our Mattick’s Farm store.

Responsibilities

• Supervision: Support the front-end team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Training: Train and mentor new cashiers on company policies and procedures.
• Cash Control: Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout including scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.
