Brookshire's Grocery - 5805 Dollarway Street - Responsibilities: Leads front-end operations while coordinating front-end personnel; Proactively responds to customer issues and complaints; Models desired behaviors of front-end partners, ensures front of store remains clean and presentable, and promotes customer service; Works in conjunction with upper management to train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work; Assists in training cashiers and courtesy/utility clerks on policies and procedures related to customer service, produce codes, cash handling/tender procedures, use of scanners and bagging protocol
