FRONT END DEVELOPER / UI ENGINEER

CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE IN CHESAPEAKE, VA We are seeking a Front-End Developer / UI Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern, accessible web interfaces that balance strong engineering practices with thoughtful UI design. This role emphasizes front-end development with a heavy focus on Section 508 / WCAG compliance, while also requiring the ability to collaborate on and contribute to UI design work using modern design tools. In addition to delivering accessible, responsive user interfaces, this role plays a key part in raising overall front-end and accessibility maturity across teams by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and training other developers on accessibility best practices.
