Front-end Developer

We're Phira Ventures — a Lisbon- and New York–based venture studio partnering with exceptional talent to build companies that deliver real impact. Right now, we're hiring a Front-end Developer to help scale our e-commerce portfolio companies in the health & wellness industry.

The Challenge

You will take ownership of our Shopify storefront and customer-facing experiences, ensuring a fast, reliable, conversion-focused journey across devices. You'll work directly with the founders and a small, high-output team to ship improvements weekly.

Deep Shopify experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you're an exceptional developer with high learning velocity, a proven track record, and an excellent attention to detail. If you learn fast, work hard, and take ownership, you'll get meaningful responsibility from day one and a steep growth curve across multiple portfolio brands.
