Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person
  • Handle mail, documents, and messages
  • Keep student records and files organized
  • Help with daily office tasks and reports
  • Assist Dean with needed paperwork

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any Admin course
  • With experience in clerical or office work (preferred)
  • Can use computer and basic MS Office programs
  • Polite, organized, and responsible
  • Friendly and comfortable talking to students and parents
