  • Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts
  • Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system
  • Assist clients, answer clients’ phone calls, needs, queries and handle complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (Auto Service Repair, Lubricants, Tires, Car Batteries, Auto Parts)
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude.
  • Computer Literate
