The role of the Front Desk Receptionist
Respond to a wide variety of the guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and offering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Essential Functions
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolves guest complaints
- Assists in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and residential practices
Knowledge and Skills
Education: High school education or equivalent experience
Experience:
- One to three years of experience in a luxury environment
- Prior experience in Guest Experience or Rooms department is highly desir...
