Patient Reception & Communication • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient queries • Provide clear information about clinic services, hours, and procedures • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Appointment Scheduling • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments • Coordinate with clinical staff to manage doctor availability and appointment slots • Send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or email • Maintain and update the appointment calendar accurately Administrative Duties • Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system • Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing queries
