Role Overview

The Client Coordinator (CC) is responsible for providing exceptional client experience and hospitality. The CC ensures excellence in all aspects of front desk operations, clinical workflow and service to support therapists and clients. This role reports to the Lead Coordinator (LC) of the respective clinic.
