Job a Beach RECEPCIONIST Club Hostel Ibiza
Full reception service to hostel guests including check‑in/out, handling customer enquiries and providing information, guidance and support for guests and their onward travels, excursions, activities, general customer service, provide support to the breakfast area and catering duties.
Position requirements
- Diploma from established Hotel, Tourism School or University
- At least 2‑3 years experience in Hotel and Tourism and Hostel.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive open attitude for public relations and problem solving.
- Capability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer Service Skill. Client focused.
- Spanish, English fluent, other European Languages will be a plus.
- Acomodation provided by the company if needed.
