Job Descriptions:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls and takes messages.
  • Receives and processes mail and packages for the office.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors, clients, applicants, and other guests.
  • Keeps the lobby and reception area neat and organized.

Coordination:

  • Works with team members, customers, and clients as needed.
  • Shows good customer service by listening to feedback and suggestions.
  • Ensures work is done correctly by avoiding mistakes.
  • Helps resolve work-related issues and concerns.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses (Tourism or Hospitality preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • At least 5'4 in height.
  • Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
