Job Descriptions:
- Answers and transfers phone calls and takes messages.
- Receives and processes mail and packages for the office.
- Welcomes and assists visitors, clients, applicants, and other guests.
- Keeps the lobby and reception area neat and organized.
Coordination:
- Works with team members, customers, and clients as needed.
- Shows good customer service by listening to feedback and suggestions.
- Ensures work is done correctly by avoiding mistakes.
- Helps resolve work-related issues and concerns.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses (Tourism or Hospitality preferred).
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- At least 5'4 in height.
