Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Reception & Visitor Management
  • Manage and oversee the primary school reception area.

  • Assist students, parents, contractors, and other visitors arriving in person.

  • Answer phone inquiries and route messages or coordinate appropriately with school staff.

  • Attend to contractor requests and contact Operations Support Officers to support school activities as needed.

2. Deliveries & Access Control
  • Take charge of receiving all incoming deliveries at the reception counter, including parcels and mail from suppliers, parents, and students.

  • Manage the distribution of school keys to authorized personnel and handle the operation of key presses.

3. Student Care & Administrative Support
  • Handle student/parent requests under staff guidance, including processing early dismissals, checking financial assistance...
