You will play a key role in ensuring the front desk runs smoothly while supporting day-to-day facilities and office operations.

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Handle mail, courier arrangements, and deliveries
  • Maintain reception area tidiness and presentation
