Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and handling reception duties professionally.
  • Support the departments with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared before meetings.
  • Coordinate office calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for Heads of Department (HODs).
  • Maintain pantry supplies, office inventory, and liaise with vendors when required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and mail distribution.
  • Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA), Receptionist, or Administrative role is required.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives is highly preferred.
