Job Description
The Front Counter Customer Service Officer (CSO) serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service centre. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with service enquiries, system collections and drop-offs, warranty support, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service & Front Counter Operations
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding products, warranties, servicing, and repairs.
- Assist customers with system drop-offs and collections.
- Verify customer details and ensure proper documentation during system intake and release.
- Explain servicing findings, quotations, and service recommendations to customers when required.
- Escalate complex cases to Team Leads or Management where necessary.
