We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑oriented individual to support our branch operations and deliver excellent service to our clients. The role involves front desk responsibilities, customer care, administrative tasks, and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.

What we’re looking for:
  • Friendly, professional, and customer‑service oriented
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer applications
  • Prior admin, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Part‑time (3‑4 days/week) on weekends
  • Location: Marine Parade
Requirements:
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers to support service quality and customer retention.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English for communication with parents.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Wechat, WhatsApp, etc.
