The Front Desk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This role involves managing patient appointments, handling administrative and financial tasks, and maintaining accurate records in the clinic system. The Front Desk supports both patients and clinic staff, helping to create a positive, organized, and professional environment that enhances the overall patient experience and clinic efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Scheduling & Follow-Up
· Schedule patient appointments, including mapping, reschedules, and make-up sessions.
- · Prepare doctors' appointment schedules for the next day and communicate via WhatsApp.
Responsible for patient reminders and follow-up visits to ensure appointment adherence.
