The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Cranbrook, British Columbia is hiring!

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ concerns.
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
  • Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
  • We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has strong computer skills
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Has previous hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
