We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our clients team on a contract basis. This position is based in Surrey, British Columbia, and involves assisting with various administrative and reception-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.

• Receive and distribute incoming mail and shipments to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain and organize office records, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

• Provide support for inventory management, including conducting regular counts and ensuring supplies are properly stocked.
