Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.2-3 years of professional experience in office administration, reception, or related role.Advanced computer skills and MS Office knowledge.Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Greek and English language.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize properly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
