Job Description

We are looking for someone to step into an Acting Foreman role to keep Fleet Shop Operations running smoothly on Fridays or as acting relief during other identifiable times. This is a chance to gain hands‑on leadership experience and help shape how we operate going forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily coordination and work prioritization in collaboration with the Service Writer
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Be the go‑to person for operational questions.
  • Assist with problem solving issues, and time on task management
  • Organize the morning huddle
  • Communicate issues and needs to the Shop Foreman and/or the (interim) Fleet Manager

Important notes

  • This is a temporary assignment with a $2/hour responsibility pay increase, when in the Acting Foreman role
