Fresh graduate Automotive Analyst

In BYD we are looking for our next Fresh Graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre‑sales process.

Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on manufacturing, vehicle design, engineering, plant operations or higher than mentioned will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct BYD dealer and competitor service store secret visits, regularly providing research findings.
• Support the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs.
• Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of identified issues.
• Responsible for PDI and after‑sales issues and follow‑up, facilitating rapid implementation of improvement projects.
