Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated and confident female candidates to join our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign as Calling Agents. This role is ideal for fresh applicants who are eager to begin their career in a structured and professional call center environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls using company-provided leads and data.
• Clearly present DME products and services to prospective customers.
• Assess eligibility criteria and gather accurate customer information.
• Generate quality leads in accordance with campaign standards.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Strictly adhere to approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
