Key Responsibilities

• Manually test conversational flows, identify linguistic or functional issues, and ensure that the chatbot communicates naturally and correctly in French .
• Test AI chatbot conversations in French to ensure accuracy, fluency, and natural language usage.
• Identify grammar, spelling, tone, and contextual errors in French responses.
• Validate chatbot behavior across different scenarios, intents, and user journeys.
• Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and screenshots/logs.
