Fluent in Canadian French and English Should have good technical exposure and basic troubleshooting skills Good client interfacing skills and should have been involved in customer interactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of the requirements Handling calls and tickets in a timely manner Skilled in ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow Active Directory WVD Remote Desktop Support Tools etc Should be willing to rotate shifts and a Team Player
