Job Description

As a Business Support Specialist within BDS, you will contribute to a number of activities to support our global database. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop technical knowledge of benefit plans and HR policies and practices around the world
  • Use and develop data, process, and project management skills

Key activities include:

  • Learn and understand the benefits and HR policies and practices landscape of assigned countries by maintaining contents of BDS knowledge base
  • Process client submissions and data entry requests through checking of completeness and accuracy of data, preparing and sending queries, interpreting plan documents and client answers, and coordinating with stakeholders via email or phone calls
  • Manage and maintain the quality of survey questionnaires by reviewing content and ensuring the survey is aligned with the current country provisions, logging questionnaire changes on a timely manne...
