Experience: Min 5 Yrs

Act as a single point of Contact:-


- Customer service personnel acts as a single point of contact for the clients.


- They manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.

Understand customer requirements and escalate potential issues if any :-


- CS understands the customer requirements to avoid any discrepancies


- Always escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements.


- Be proactive in order to minimize service crises.

Arrange shipment for the customers:-


- Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate and delivery time.
