Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Freight Payables Advisor to join our client's transportation support team in Calgary, AB. You will play a key role in ensuring our client's logistics partners receive accurate and timely payments for Rail, Truck, and Marine freight services.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers while managing the end‑to‑end freight payables process. You will analyze and process invoices, maintain vendor account accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless financial operations within our client's logistics network.
