Freight Payable Analyst - BRP (Sherbrooke)

The Freight Payable Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of freight invoice validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. This role supports transportation operations tied to a high‑value budget and requires a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and accountability. Responsibilities

Validate and process weekly freight payment files (pay run). Analyze pay run for audit accuracy and raise issues as needed. Assign GL accounts to specific transactions in the freight payment process. Manage carrier statements, ensuring alignment between operational data and financial reporting. Support the freight accrual process and contribute to month‑end close activities. Perform detailed reconciliations between freight invoices and SAP records. Communicate with service providers to resolve issues and ensure process compliance.
