OBJECTIVE

The Forwarding Supervisor oversees overall forwarding activities (Air/Sea/Land) on a daily basis. Provides quality and efficient customer service internal and external clients through the daily supervision of Domestic Forwarding client's requirements, which includes but not limited to hiring and training needs recommendation, solving issues and challenges of the Domestic Forwarding section. In addition, supervises freight operations process and freight team performs efficiently and effectively to meet customer commitments. Also, the position requires him or her to assist the assistant manager and the department manager in developing, analyzing and implementing programs and projects.
