Responsibilities

– Communication
  • Promote value-added services to enhance customer experience.

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with Terminal Operations, Gatehouse, and Sales Departments.

  • Proactively inform all stakeholders about delays or issues related to shipments.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance department efficiency.

  • Take initiative in driving change and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure attention to detail and high-quality standards in all activities.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional EU language skills are an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of hazardous cargo regulations is a plus.
