Freight Customer Services Operator

A major UK & International Freight Forwarding company is looking to add a Freight Customer Services Operator to their expanding team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills plus freight experience, either in Road, Air or Ocean/Sea, they will look at anyone with any freight experience in any mode of transport. ROLE: Freight Customer Services BASIC SALARY: £28k to £30k LOCATION: Essex HOURS: 9am to 5pm ROLE: A Customer Service role in the international freight export department has become available. The role will focus on supporting our European partners with enquiries and order management on bookings from our UK based customers.
