**MANTECH** seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented **Freight Coordinator** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Analyzes and coordinates the ongoing logistical functions of the organization to ensure mission success. Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes to improve organizational efficiency.
+ Leads the implementation of logistics solutions and coordinates with Mission Partners to ensure resource availability throughout the distribution lifecycle.
+ Maintain daily coordination logs and track the status of freight milestones for theaterwide movement initiatives within the movement control center (MCC).
+ Assist in developing schedules that align delivery goals with current operational realities.
+ Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
