About the Role

BTS Freight Solutions is a fast-growing Australian freight and logistics company. Due to increased quote volume and operational demand, we're looking for a high-calibre Virtual Assistant with freight or logistics experience to support our quoting, carrier coordination, and admin workflows.

You'll be employed by Staff Pilot and embedded into the BTS Freight Solutions team, working closely with senior operations staff to take repetitive, time-sensitive tasks off their plate so they can focus on higher-value operational and project work.

This role is critical to speed, accuracy, and reliability across daily freight operations.
