Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of profiles, from junior to senior roles, including trainees and interns
- Advise hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategies, and selection processes, and lead intake meetings
- Screen candidates, coordinate and participate in interviews, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, careers website optimisation, and visibility enhancement
- Oversee onboarding activities and talent pipeline management, including contract preparation, pre-employment checks, and proactive talent sourcing
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, experience within financial services.
