Freelance / Staff employee Technical Translator FR ->EN (Madrid)

Job Description

We are looking for freelance or staff technical translators to join our Linguistics Department in Madrid. The role involves translating technical documentation related to aircraft maintenance and industrial installations, primarily between French and English (and German).

Responsibilities

• Analyze source documentation in French or German in close collaboration with technical authors.
• Translate documents from French to English, English to French, and from German to French or vice versa.
• Manage translation memories using TRADOS Studio.
• Perform quality assurance cross‑checks in accordance with our internal processes.

Profile

• Translation or Interpretation studies.
• Experience translating technical texts from Spanish and English into French and vice versa.
