**Hermann Consult & Co. GmbH** is a lean AI infrastructure consultancy based in Germany and South Korea. We work primarily with **German Mittelstand clients** — mid-sized companies that need serious, reliable, GDPR-compliant technology without the overhead of a large IT department.
We work **async-first via Slack and GitHub**, move fast, and expect each other to be self-directed. No micromanagement — just clear tasks and clean delivery.

## What We Build
Our current work falls into three main areas:
### 1. Private AI Infrastructure (Open WebUI / RAG / LLM Tooling)
We deploy and customize **self-hosted AI chat environments** mainly for clients who are aware of GDPR law or have data sensitivity requirements. But we are expecting to have more diverse clients in the future.
This includes:
- **Open WebUI** customization and deployment (white-labeling, user management, pipelines)
- **LiteLLM** as a unified LLM proxy layer (routing, cost tracking,...
