Requirements / Qualifications

  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • 1st Aid
  • Telescopic Forklift Ticket
  • Proven Residential/Commercial experience
  • Two working references

Job Duties

  • Day‑to‑day running of the site
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
  • Track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure all deadlines are met
