Your Role:

• Post job ads on portals, social media, and recruitment channels targeting JB & KL candidates
• Source and screen candidates for assigned roles
• Conduct initial CV screenings and basic interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Ensure successful placements and receive commission per hire

Requirements:

• Recruitment or talent sourcing experience preferred
• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
• Own laptop and stable internet connection
