Freelance Oracle Hcm Payroll (Mexico Payroll)

We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join a freelance remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with hands-on implementation experience in Mexico Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Lead and support Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for Mexico Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful payroll implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support during initial payroll processing.
