Freelance Azure Cloud Engineer

New role: Freelance Azure Cloud Engineer (.NET background)

Estimated: 4-months of work, 32-40 hours per week

Clear SOW, occasional visits to Rotterdam

I'm working with a product-led organisation that has just finalised the architecture for a new Azure-native platform, and they’re now looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of the implementation.

The architecture includes:

• Azure Container Apps (frontend + backend APIs)
• Azure Service Bus (pub/sub with topics & subscriptions)
• Azure Functions (validation, orchestration, event processing)
• Azure SQL (config + reporting layer)
• Azure Blob Storage
• Azure Key Vault
• Optional APIM + Front Door

This is not a greenfield “what should we use?” design exercise. The direction is set.
