Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and self-driven Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, can manage multiple responsibilities, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and email management, while also supporting trainees and contributing to smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Perform bank reconciliations accurately and on time
  • Enter and manage supplier/billing invoices in Xero
  • Generate and issue client invoices
  • Ensure transactions are correctly coded and records are up to date
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks
