Fraud Risk & Compliance Analyst

IntouchCX in the Philippines is seeking a Fraud Analyst to evaluate, review and mitigate risks in line with client contracts, external regulations, and internal policies.

You will inspect transactions, address callouts, review CSR tickets, and provide guidance on compliance while maintaining interaction credibility and promoting program integrity. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
