Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Rotational days + shift) 5 day work week
Experience: 1 – 4 years
Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data.
Maintain process accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
Record findings, communicate updates, and coordinate case closures.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Meet daily quality and turnaround targets.
Requirements
4 + years in BPO / KPO operations (preferably BFSI / Mortgage / Risk).
Excellent written English and documentation skills.
Proficiency with workflow tools or CRMs.
