Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Fraud Analyst to join a large banking client on a 6-month contract fully remote across Canada working EST hours. The successful candidate will join a team of fraud analysts and be responsible for handling RSA escalations from the contact center. Previous experience working in fraud using RSA and TMX is essential to succeed in this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years experience working as a Fraud Analyst within the banking industry
  • Experience working with RSA
  • Experience working with TMX (threat matrix)
  • Strong experience working with MS suite and expertise with Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and passionate about fraud
