This is exciting opportunity that has arisen to join the business in a high-impact, field-based role supporting franchisees to grow profitable, high-performing businesses while protecting one of the most recognisable brands in the industry.
The Role
As a Franchise Performance Coach, you’ll support a portfolio of franchisees, acting as their trusted business partner and performance advisor. You’ll challenge, coach and support them to improve revenue, profitability, leadership capability and operational excellence.
You’ll be out in clubs, working face-to-face with franchisees and their teams, analysing performance, driving accountability and embedding best practice — all while ensuring brand standards and systems are consistently delivered.
