DiDi is seeking a Franchise Business Developer in Tampico, Tamaulipas, México. You will identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities, acting as a growth architect with a field-first approach.

You will hunt new partners and then drive their performance, using data-driven insights to close deals and optimize operations, spending 90% of your time in the field to understand the local market and opportunities.
